Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

 Where to begin??! We will hit 4 major view points and get about as close to 3 fingers as you can, short of hiking up it. Incredible views to the point of "sensory overload", one rider commented. Our first view will overlook Homedale and all the way into Boise. Our next view will be adjacent to 3 fingers (main image above). Not many people know where this spot is so let's keep it a secret. Our next cool stop will be "hole in the rock". Great photo op here. Next we'll drop down into Thelma & Louise for an unprecedented view over a steep cliff and a great view of the Owyhee reservoir. If we have time, we might head down to the actual waters edge. From here we'll head back to the vehicles. We will likely (if the wind is good) have lunch at about 11:30am at the 3 fingers view spot. If too windy we'll head another 30 to 45 minutes to "hole in the rock". Likely to get back to trucks around 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Ride will be in Oregon, so you are required to have the Oregon Off-Road sticker and also the Idaho Off-Road sticker.  If you ride an ATV you are required to have an Oregon Safety Card (rideatvoregon.org)

 RIDE HIGHLIGHTS: 

 Beautiful Scenery down Blue Canyon Overlooking the Owyhee River. We will ride down to the Owyhee River where we will have lunch and after lunch return back up thru the canyon and ride to Jordan Craters Volcano. From there back to the unload area.

 RIDE HIGHLIGHTS: 

 Pine Forest, Meadows, Wildflowers, Streams, Creeks, Deer, Elk, Turkeys, Birds of Prey   

 We will take off from the football field and take a loop that will take us through Grimes Creek, Clear Creek, Placerville, and Garden Valley, where we will stop for lunch along the river. We will head back to Idaho City via Pionerville. Boyd did a pre-ride last Saturday and the final route has been determined, and the trails/ roads were in good shape.
